Planet Threads wants you to be happy with your purchases and your satisfaction is very important to us.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email customerservice@planetthreads.com, so that we can attempt to solve the problem.  If we cannot resolve the problem, and if you are not pleased with your purchase, we offer a full refund on all merchandise, except when specifically noted on certain items, within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.  Under certain circumstances, when a full refund cannot be issued, we will issue a store credit or an exchange of the item.  We cannot guarantee that the same item will be available for an exchange.  If not available, a store credit will be issued.
 
 
Vy&Elle products can be exchanged within one year from purchase date based on factory defects only.  Cosmetic preferences, such as coloring and graphics, are not elligible for an exchange.  Vy&Elle will issue store credits and exchanges, but do not issue refunds.  Therefore, Planet Threads must follow Vy&Elle's policies regarding their products.  All Vy&Elle products are original, one-of-a-kind designs and are considered individual works of art.  Please contact customerservice@planetthreads.com regarding Vy&Elle products and their policies. 
 
 
All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is obtained by logging into "My Account" and under "Track Your Recent Order" click on "View Details" link for the order or product that is being returned.  Click on "Add New RMA", choose the number of items to return in "Order Items", then choose the "Reason" and "Method" for the return.  You may add a comment in the  "Comments" section, but this is optional.  Click on "Save RMA" to finalize the return process.  You will then receive an email with your RMA number and instructions for your return.  If you have any questions regarding a return or the RMA process, please email Customer Service at customerservice@planetthreads.com. 
 
Returns and exchanges must only be sent to the return address provided by us via email or on the Order Form. The provided RMA number must be included with the merchandise, or marked clearly on the OUTSIDE of the package. 
 
Please note that some products may have to be returned directly to the manufacturer.  After receiving your RMA number from Customer Service, you will be informed as to whether the item shall be returned to Planet Threads or to the manufacturer.

 

All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, meaning all tags and packaging are intact, and there are no marks or signs of use on the product or the product’s package.  We cannot accept the return of any item with any indication that it has been used or handled.  If the item was opened, it must be re-packed as originally shipped, including all tags and inserts. 

Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned items that are not in the original package with all tags and inserts.  We cannot accept returns of used items.  Planet Threads reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return.

Sale and Clearance items can be returned, except when noted on a specific product page that the item is non-returnable. 

Planet Threads will send shipping information via email to its clients after purchases are made.  Customers may want to include a printout of that email when returning merchandise, along with the RMA number provided by Customer Service.  All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is obtained by logging onto "My Account" as stated above or by emailing Customer Service at customerservice@planetthreads.com. 
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund.  Refunds are the full purchase price, less a restocking fee, if applicable, and will be credited in the form of payment used for the original purchase.  We do not refund shipping or gift wrap charges.  Refunds will require approximately one weeks processing time before account is credited.  Refunds for international shipments exclude taxes and customs charges.

We recommend that you ship your return back to us via a method you can track.  Please retain all shipping records and or email receipts, in case you need to track the return shipment.
