How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?
To purchase a Gift Certificate, click on "Gift Certificates" at the left side of the screen or contact Customer Service customerservice@planetthreads.com or call us at 203-426-5777 to speak to a representative regarding your Gift Certificate. If you are the recipient of a Gift Certificate and would like to redeem your gift certificate, enter your coupon code in the box marked "Apply Coupon" during the Checkout process.
How do I find my product?
To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact Customer Service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". After adding items to your cart, during the Checkout process, you will see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping choices and cost.
I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account" link at the bottom of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Send Me My Password". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

When will my order ship?
After an order is complete, an email is sent to the email address that was provided during the Checkout Process, or the email address that is listed in "My Account". There is a 24 to 48 hour processing time for each order. The order will be shipped via the Shipping Method chosen during the Checkout Process. You will then receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped, and tracking information will follow within 24-48 hours of shipment. You can also view your account status at "My Account."

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account" link at the bottom of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact Customer Service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. Please click on the "Put me on the Waiting List" link for notification when the product is available. If a customer has an account with Planet Threads, then an email will be sent automatically with the status of the backordered item.
PRICING AND BILLING:
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Planet Threads will collect taxes on clothing orders delivered within Connecticut that are priced above $50.00. Planet Threads will also collect taxes on all accessories, including handbags, delivered within Connecticut.
